Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into PO, P6, P5, P4, and P2 according to the accuracy level.
Method for adjusting the radial clearance of cylindrical roller bearings:
1. For the side clearance of cylindrical and oval bearing bush, it can be adjusted by manual grinding and scraping or by repairing and scraping after cutting the parting surface in the bearing with padding.
2. For the top gap of the cylindrical and oval bearing bush, manual scraping can be used to adjust the bearing parting surface pad when conditions permit.
3, for the multi-oil wedge fixed bearing bush, in principle is not allowed to repair and adjust the clearance of the bearing bush, the gap should be replaced with a new tile.
4. For the multi-oil wedge tilting type bearing bush, the scraping tile is not allowed to be repaired. If the gap is not suitable, the tile should be replaced. For tiles of adjustable thickness, the amount of tile can be adjusted by adding a stainless steel pad under the adjustment block at the back of the tile, or by reducing the thickness of the adjustment block. Note that the thickness error between the same set of tiles should be less than 0.01mm for the multi-wedge inclinable bearing bush.
